Refund Policy

1. Membership fee

The BIZ Connect Membership costs ₹3,000 per year plus 18% GST, a total of ₹3,540, paid in advance for 12 months.

2. Cancel within 7 days for a full refund

If you change your mind, ask to cancel within 7 days of your payment and we will refund the full amount you paid, including GST.

3. After 7 days

After 7 days the membership fee is non-refundable. Your membership stays active until the end of its 12-month term.

4. When you always get a refund

• Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same membership.
• Failed registration: if money left your account but your registration was not completed.
• Declined registration: if we are unable to accept your registration.
• We end your membership: if we end it for a reason other than a breach of our Terms & Conditions, we refund the unused part of the fee.

A membership ended because the member broke our Terms & Conditions is not refunded.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email contact@bizconnect.co.in or message us on WhatsApp with your name, registered WhatsApp number and payment ID (from your Razorpay receipt).

6. How long it takes

We confirm your request within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
