1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the BIZ Connect website (www.bizconnect.co.in), the BIZ Connect Membership and the BIZ app, operated by BIZ Connect, part of the BIZ (Business Interaction Zone) community ("BIZ Connect", "we", "us"). By using the website or registering for the membership, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

2. Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• The membership is for entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals. The details you give when registering must be true and belong to you and your business.
• We may decline a registration, with a full refund, if it does not meet these conditions.

3. The membership

• The BIZ Connect Membership costs ₹3,000 per year plus 18% GST (₹540), a total of ₹3,540, paid in advance.
• From time to time we may run offers, festive discounts or coupon codes. A discount is taken off the membership fee before GST, only one applies per membership, and each offer is valid only for the dates and number of uses shown when you join.
• It includes BIZ app access, business visibility on BIZ social media and the BIZ website, a personal digital business card, connections across cities, and referral and collaboration opportunities.
• It runs for 12 months from the date your payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically; we will remind you before it ends.
• One membership covers one person and their business. It cannot be transferred or shared.

4. Payment and delivery

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• A GST invoice is sent to the email address you provide.
• The membership is a digital service; nothing is shipped. After your payment is confirmed, our team contacts you on WhatsApp within 24 hours to set up your BIZ app access.

5. Member conduct

As a member, you agree not to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or chain messages to other members;
• promote multi-level marketing, investment schemes or anything unlawful;
• post content that is false, misleading, abusive, political or religious;
• share another member's contact details or information outside the BIZ community;
• misuse the BIZ Connect or BIZ name, logo or branding.

6. Your listing and content

When you register you agree that your business name, category, city, logo, offerings, demands and contact actions may be shown on the BIZ website, in the BIZ app and on BIZ social media. You can change or remove this at any time from the app or by contacting us. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

7. No guarantee of business

BIZ Connect gives you visibility, connections and a place to share opportunities. We do not guarantee any number of referrals, leads, clients or any business outcome. Deals between members are between those members; BIZ Connect is not a party to them and is not responsible for their quality, payment or delivery.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms, after telling you why. In that case no refund is due. If we end your membership for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of your fee. You can end your membership at any time; refunds follow our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The BIZ and BIZ Connect names, logos, website and app belong to BIZ Connect. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the website and app available and accurate but cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the membership fee you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. For significant changes we will tell members by email or WhatsApp.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Valsad, Gujarat.
